Refund & Return Policy

At Cultura, we take pride in offering premium Mexican vanilla beans. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The vanilla beans must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used packages.

If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your vanilla beans are damaged, spoiled, or if you have received the wrong item, please reach out to us right away. We will promptly review the issue.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly shipped

If your item qualifies, contact us to arrange the next steps. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.
